Our planning fee reflects three things: the hours spent designing an itinerary built only for you, the judgment behind every recommendation, and the access that relationships open. It covers each element of the journey, from hotels and flights to transfers, private guides, tours, and the experiences that make the trip yours.

Through our network, we access a range of privately negotiated and publicly available fares. Airfare booking is included with every Custom Travel Planning engagement.

Through our preferred partnerships, stays often include added amenities: a property credit, a room upgrade when one is available, early check-in, and late checkout. They are a benefit of working together, not the reason to.
Sailings booked through our preferred partnerships often carry onboard credit, a shore excursion, or a category upgrade, matched to the line and the itinerary that suit you.
All planning fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
