What it costs to have every detail handled.
Our planning fee reflects three things: the hours spent designing an itinerary built only for you, the judgment behind every recommendation, and the access that relationships open. It covers each element of the journey on the ground, from hotels and transfers to private guides, tours, and the experiences that make the trip yours. Flights are handled separately through our Air Desk, described below.
Planning fees and trip payments do not include flights. Air Desk fees apply to every ticket we book and are charged separately.
All flights are booked through the Brownell Air Desk, a dedicated air team available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If a flight is cancelled or a connection breaks while you are traveling, there is always someone to call. Through the desk we access privately negotiated and published fares across carriers.
Air Desk fees apply to every flight we book, whether or not a planning fee has been paid, and are not included in planning fees or trip payments.

Through our preferred partnerships, stays often include added amenities: a property credit, a room upgrade when one is available, early check-in, and late checkout. They are a benefit of working together, not the reason to.
Sailings booked through our preferred partnerships often carry onboard credit, a shore excursion, or a category upgrade, matched to the line and the itinerary that suit you.
All planning fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
